These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between ReachIO and the client in the provision of our marketing and analytical services.
The aim is to set a clear framework for cooperation based on data and mutual trust.
We provide services based on the agreed scope (Analysis, Reset, Transformation). Each project has clearly defined deliverables and a schedule that we commit to follow.
Invoicing is based on agreed project phases. Standard payment terms are 14 days. Work on subsequent project phases is conditional on timely payment of previous parts.
We apply an AI-first approach, however marketing results cannot be absolutely guaranteed due to external market influences. Our responsibility is to deliver top-tier architecture, processes and data for your decision-making.
The cooperation can be terminated by agreement of both parties or by notice with a 30-day notice period, unless otherwise specified in the specific contract for a particular project.
